jili0 Terms and Conditions – Platform Rules for Philippines Users

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the jili0 platform. By accessing or using the service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the jili0 platform, including the website, mobile application, sportsbook, casino games, and all related services ("Platform"). By registering an account, accessing any part of the Platform, or using any service provided, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the jili0 Platform. These Terms apply to all users, including registered members and visitors. jili0 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirement

jili0 strictly prohibits the use of the Platform by minors. If we have reasonable cause to believe a user does not meet the eligibility requirements, we reserve the right to suspend or permanently close the account and withhold any funds pending review.

3. Account Registration and Security

Each user may only hold one account on the jili0 Platform. Duplicate accounts are not permitted and may be closed without notice. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

You must not share your username or password with any third party. jili0 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised use of your account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure. If you suspect your account has been compromised, you should contact support immediately and refer to the FAQ for account recovery guidance.

jili0 reserves the right to require identity verification at any time, including requests for government-issued identification, proof of address, or payment method verification. Failure to complete verification may result in account restrictions or closure.

4. User Obligations and Platform Usage Rules

By using the jili0 Platform, you agree to abide by the following obligations and usage rules:

  • You will not use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in a manner that violates any applicable laws or regulations.
  • You will not attempt to manipulate or defraud the Platform, other users, or any game outcome through any technical or fraudulent means.
  • You will not use automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to access, scrape, or interact with the Platform.
  • You will not engage in money laundering, collusion, or any activity intended to exploit the Platform's systems or promotions.
  • You will not impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your identity in any way.
  • You accept that all wagers and transactions are final once confirmed. Gaming outcomes are determined by certified systems and cannot be disputed on the basis of personal expectation.

Violation of these obligations may result in immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.

5. Payments and Transactions (Philippine Peso)

All financial transactions on the jili0 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Supported deposit methods include GCash, Maya, and local bank transfers. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts, processing times, and any applicable conditions are detailed on the Deposit page.

You are responsible for ensuring that all funds deposited to your account originate from a payment method in your own name. jili0 does not accept deposits from third parties. Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where possible.

jili0 reserves the right to delay, withhold, or decline a withdrawal if there is reason to suspect fraudulent activity, incomplete verification, or a breach of these Terms. All transaction records are logged and may be reviewed for compliance purposes.

6. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

The jili0 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jili0 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the Platform or any of its features.

jili0 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to financial losses from wagering, technical failures, service interruptions, or reliance on any information displayed on the Platform.

Gaming involves risk. jili0 does not guarantee any specific outcome and strongly cautions users that no betting strategy guarantees a profit. All participation on the Platform is voluntary and undertaken at the user's own risk.

7. Account Suspension and Closure

jili0 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion, including where:

  • A user breaches any provision of these Terms.
  • Suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected in connection with the account.
  • Identity verification cannot be completed satisfactorily.
  • A user is identified as being under the age of 21 or otherwise ineligible.
  • Required by applicable law, regulation, or a lawful authority.

In the event of account closure due to a breach of Terms, any balance held in the account may be forfeited. Where closure is not related to a Terms breach, remaining balances will be returned to the user following standard withdrawal processing, subject to verification requirements.

8. Intellectual Property, Third Parties, and Changes to Terms

Intellectual Property. All content on the jili0 Platform, including but not limited to logos, text, graphics, game interfaces, and software, is the property of jili0 or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written permission.

Third-Party Content. The Platform may reference third-party sports leagues, game providers, or payment services. jili0 is not responsible for the terms, policies, or actions of any third party. Any third-party links or references are provided for informational purposes only.

Changes to These Terms. jili0 may update these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, notice will be provided through the Platform. Your continued use following notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

Applicable Law. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from your use of the jili0 Platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
